Crockpot Pork Shoulder Blade Steaks

  1. Salt & pepper both sides of steaks.
  2. Heat oil in pan on medium high.
  3. Sear both sides of steaks.
  4. Mix last four ingredients together in a bowl.
  5. Pour small amount of mixture in bottom of crockpot.
  6. Place steaks in crockpot and pour remaining mixture over them.
  7. Cook on high for four hours.
