Lime & Honey Wax Beans

  1. Cook beans in a pot of boiling salted water until just tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
  2. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold water to prevent further cooking.
  3. Immediately toss with honey, zest and juice, and salt in a large bowl.
