Low-Cal Oven Fried Fish

  1. Combine milk, salt, Worcesteshire sauce and onion in medium bowl.
  2. Mix together the cornflakes, parsley, mustard and paprika on wax paper.
  3. Dip the fish in the milk mixture and then in the crumb mixture.
  4. Grease a shallow baking dish with 1/2 tablespoon butter.
  5. Arrange fish fillets in dish.
  6. Drizzle the remaining butter over the fish.
  7. Bake in 500u0b0 oven until fish flakes, 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. Yields 6 servings, 145 calories per serving
