Low-Cal Oven Fried Fish
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. finely crushed cornflakes
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 6 fillets of flounder, sole or red snapper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- Combine milk, salt, Worcesteshire sauce and onion in medium bowl.
- Mix together the cornflakes, parsley, mustard and paprika on wax paper.
- Dip the fish in the milk mixture and then in the crumb mixture.
- Grease a shallow baking dish with 1/2 tablespoon butter.
- Arrange fish fillets in dish.
- Drizzle the remaining butter over the fish.
- Bake in 500u0b0 oven until fish flakes, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Yields 6 servings, 145 calories per serving
