Cheese Meatballs

  1. Mix the cracker crumbs and eggs together first.
  2. Combine the ground beef, cheese, salt, pepper, crumb mixture and chili pepper or chili powder.
  3. Mixture will be stiff.
  4. Form into balls (size of golf balls).
  5. Roll in flour.
  6. Place in 2-quart casserole and cover with the sauce.
  7. Mix and bring to a boil the remaining ingredients. Pour over the meatballs.
  8. Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 1/2 hour and uncovered for 1/2 hour.
