Mama's Mad Meatloaf

• 3 slices stale bread
• 34 lb ground beef
• 12 lb ground pork
• 12 lb ground veal
• Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 4 garlic cloves, chopped
• 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
• 1 raw egg
• 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
• 2 tablespoons dried parsley
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
• 1 cup ketchup, divided

1. Soak bread in milk, drain and crumble.
2. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients but only 1/2 cup ketchup.
3. Shape into meatloaf, place in a 9x13-inch pan, spread the rest of the ketchup on top, dome with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
4. Serving Suggestions: Cook about 1 pound of new potatoes with meatloaf, mashed potatoes, meatloaf sandwiches, corn on the cob, corn bread, mac n' cheese.
