Spicy Crab Cakes

  1. Mix mayo, juice and salad dressing mix.
  2. Add crabmeat, 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs and onion.
  3. Shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties; coat in remaining 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
  4. Cook patties in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 minutes on each side or until browned and thoroughly heated.
  5. Serve with Cool Lime Sauce.
  6. Cool Lime Sauce: Mix mayo, sour cream, lime juice and lime peel in small bowl.
