Extremely Easy Dry Curry
- 360 grams Ground beef
- 1 enough to immerse the meat Vegetable juice
- 2 tbsp White wine (or cooking sake)
- 2 cubes Consomme cubes
- 4 tsp Curry powder
- 1 Soy sauce
- I recommend you use a Teflon or a non-stick frying pan.
- Oil will come out of the meat, so fry the ground beef without oil.
- Add vegetable juice and white wine (or cooking sake) until the meat is covered.
- Add consomme and curry powder, mixing in an appropriate amount at a time, and fry until the juice evaporates.
- Once it has evaporated, pour soy sauce, transfer to a serving plate with rice, and it's ready to eat!
