Double Dipped Chocolate Strawberry Cake
- 4 eggs
- 2 cup Pure Cane Sugar
- 3 oz Strawberry Jell-O
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cup Flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Strawberry Puree
- 1 box Fresh Strawberries(Sliced)
- 1 Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Recipe
- 1 Chocolate Ganache Recipe
- 1 buttercream icing recipe
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Preheat over to 350.
- Add Butter, Sugar and Strawberry Jell-O to mixer and mixed til combined.
- Mix in eggs 1 at a time.
- Mix Baking Powder and Flour together.
- Add in half flour then half milk.
- Repeat.
- Add Strawberry Puree
- Split mix in half and put into 9' pans
- Bake for 25 minutes or until you can place a toothpick in and it comes out clean.
- Let Cakes cool.
- Use Butter cream to ice edge of lower cake
- Fill with chocolate ganache
- Place sliced strawberries on ganache.
- Place 2nd cake on top.
- Add Crumb coat and place in fridge
- Ice cake with buttercream.
- Place in fridge.
- Top with chocolate strawberries.
