Double Dipped Chocolate Strawberry Cake

  1. Preheat over to 350.
  2. Add Butter, Sugar and Strawberry Jell-O to mixer and mixed til combined.
  3. Mix in eggs 1 at a time.
  4. Mix Baking Powder and Flour together.
  5. Add in half flour then half milk.
  6. Repeat.
  7. Add Strawberry Puree
  8. Split mix in half and put into 9' pans
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until you can place a toothpick in and it comes out clean.
  10. Let Cakes cool.
  11. Use Butter cream to ice edge of lower cake
  12. Fill with chocolate ganache
  13. Place sliced strawberries on ganache.
  14. Place 2nd cake on top.
  15. Add Crumb coat and place in fridge
  16. Ice cake with buttercream.
  17. Place in fridge.
  18. Top with chocolate strawberries.
