Mozzarella With Lemon and Yoghurt
- 2 fresh mozzarella balls
- 3 tablespoons yoghurt
- 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons dried marjoram
- 1 red chile
- Slice the mozzarella and lay them on a plate.
- Cover with the yoghurt.
- Use a vegetable peeler to peel the lemon rind, then chop this finely and add to the mozzarella.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over.
- Add the marjoram and the finely chopped chilli.
- Serve!
