Mozzarella With Lemon and Yoghurt

  1. Slice the mozzarella and lay them on a plate.
  2. Cover with the yoghurt.
  3. Use a vegetable peeler to peel the lemon rind, then chop this finely and add to the mozzarella.
  4. Squeeze the lemon juice over.
  5. Add the marjoram and the finely chopped chilli.
  6. Serve!
