Kalua Pork

  1. Trim roast of fat, but not all of it, so it will be tender.
  2. Place the pork in your crock pot, rub sea salt and brown sugar into the pork.
  3. Pour the bottle of liquid smoke around and on the pork.
  4. Pour the water around the pork.
  5. Cook on low for 12-16 hours.
  6. Shred.
  7. You can serve this with rice, or add bbq sauce for sandwiches.
  8. It also freezes great!
