Kalua Pork
- 10 pounds Shoulder Butt Pork Roast
- 1 bottle (about 4 Oz. Bottle) Liquid Smoke
- 2 Tablespoons Sea Salt
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1- 1/2 cup Water
- Trim roast of fat, but not all of it, so it will be tender.
- Place the pork in your crock pot, rub sea salt and brown sugar into the pork.
- Pour the bottle of liquid smoke around and on the pork.
- Pour the water around the pork.
- Cook on low for 12-16 hours.
- Shred.
- You can serve this with rice, or add bbq sauce for sandwiches.
- It also freezes great!
