Chicken With Pilaf Recipe

  1. Rub chicken pcs with garlic salt.
  2. Place in greased 13"x9" baking pan and coat with sauce.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle with butter.
  5. Add in 1/2 c. water; bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 min, turning chicken once.
  6. Add in remaining water and rice.
  7. Lightly stir to distribute rice proportionately.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and continue baking for 30 min, or possibly till done.
  9. Turn oven off for 15 min before removing chicken from oven.
  10. Serves 4.
