Espresso Cheese Cake

  1. Mix graham
  2. cracker crumbs, extract and butter, by hand and press ontotottomtnd

  9. from top of pan). Set aside. Preheat oven to 350u0b0

  11. small saucepan over low heat, melt 6 squares semi-sweetthocolate,
  12. stirring frequently.
  13. In large bowl with mixer at
  14. low speed, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add melted chocolate,tggs,
  15. sugar and milk.tissolve coffee powder in 5 teaspoons
  16. very hot water and add. Beat until well blended, beat 3 minutes.
  17. Pour
  18. cream
  19. cheese mix into crust. Bake 45 minutes. Cool
  20. cheese cake in pan.
  21. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Garnish with grated chocolate.
