Chicken and Cashews Lettuce Wrap

  1. Mix minced chicken meat with egg white, water, cornstarch, salt, tenderizer, MSG and 1 tbsp of oil.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  3. Add the meat, corriander and wine, soy sauce and pepper into the pan.
  4. Stir-fry until the meat is cooked.
  5. Remove into a plate.
  6. Divide the meat into 6 portions.
  7. Place each portion on each lettuce leaf.
  8. Sprinkle cashew nuts over the meat and serve.
