  1. Special equipment: iced highball glass
  2. Muddle 4 of the cucumber slices with the simple syrup.
  3. Add the gin and lime juice, and shake vigorously over ice.
  4. Strain into an iced highball glass.
  5. Top with a splash of ginger beer.
  6. Spear the remaining cucumber slice with the sprig of rosemary to garnish the glass.
