Mexican Chocolate Drink Recipe

  1. Heat chocolate, sugar, coffee, cinnamon, salt and water in 1 1/2 qt saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, till chocolate is melted and mix is smooth.
  2. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  3. Simmer uncovered, stirring constantly 4 min.
  4. Stir in lowfat milk, heat through.
  5. Just before serving, beat with hand beater till foamy.
  6. Top with whipped cream.
  7. Place cinnamon stick in c. for garnish (and yummy smell).
