Bryant Park Grill Guacamole Recipe

  1. Cut avocados in half.
  2. Remove seeds.
  3. With spoon, scoop out avocado flesh and place in wooden bowl.
  4. Mash with spoon till creamy and smooth.
  5. Mix in onion, cilantro, chiles, tomatoes and lime juice.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Season to taste with salt.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. This recipe yields 16 to 18 servings.
