Beau Monde Seasoning/Spice Mix

• 1 tablespoon ground cloves
• 1 14 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 3 bay leaves
• 1 tablespoon ground allspice
• 2 tablespoons black pepper
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon ground mace
• 1 teaspoon celery seed
• 2 tablespoons white pepper

1. Process all spices in blender or food processor.
2. Store in a tightly closed jar.
