Nut-Crusted Chicken
- 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
- 1 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 lb.)
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix coating mix and pecans in shallow dish or pie plate; set aside.
- Beat eggs with water in separate shallow dish.
- Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in pecan mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides.
- Place on foil-covered baking sheet.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
