Nut-Crusted Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix coating mix and pecans in shallow dish or pie plate; set aside.
  3. Beat eggs with water in separate shallow dish.
  4. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in pecan mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides.
  5. Place on foil-covered baking sheet.
  6. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
