Streusel Coffee Cake
- 32 chocolate chip cookies (2 inch), divided
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Simple Powdered Sugar Icing
- 4 tsp. milk
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Chop 20 cookies; set aside.
- Finely crush remaining cookies.
- Prepare cake batter as directed on package.
- Add sour cream; mix well.
- Stir in chopped cookies; pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Combine cookie crumbs, nuts, coconut, brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl; stir in butter until blended.
- Sprinkle over batter.
- Bake 40 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk until blended; drizzle over cake.
- Let stand until glaze is firm.
