Easy Cornbread
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 13 cup milk
- 13 cup sugar
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease an 8" pan.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until bread is golden brown.
- You can also make these as muffins by using a muffin pan.
