Ambrosia Tapioca Recipe
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Quick-Cooking Tapioca
- 1 dsh Salt
- 2 1/2 c. Orange Juice
- 1 c. Orange Sections
- 1/4 c. Flaked Coconut
- Mix sugar, tapioca, salt, and orange juice in a 2-qt saucepan.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Heat to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Cold slightly.
- Stir in orange sections.
- Chill at least 1 hour.
- Spoon tapioca into dessert dishes; sprinkle with coconut.
