Sauteed Zucchini

  1. Saute garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Add zucchini, then soy sauce, black pepper sauce, barbecue sauce, and Marsala.
  3. After a few minutes add okra.
  4. In a separate sauce pan boil frozen artichoke for about 5 minutes ( just to get soft).
  5. Add the artichoke, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with rice or noodles.
