Fiesta Carrot Pineapple Salad

  1. DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water.
  2. Drain pineapple tidbits in juice reserving liquid; add cold water to measure 1 cup; stir into jelly.
  3. CHILL jelly until slightly thickened, about 1 1/4 hours.
  4. STIR in pineapple tidbits and shredded carrots.
  5. Pour into 4 cup bowl.
  6. Chill until set.
