Fiesta Carrot Pineapple Salad

• 1 package (9.3 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Fruit Fiesta Jelly Powder
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) pineapple tidbits in own juice
• 1/2 cup shredded carrot Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06

1. DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water.
2. Drain pineapple tidbits in juice reserving liquid; add cold water to measure 1 cup; stir into jelly.
3. CHILL jelly until slightly thickened, about 1 1/4 hours.
4. STIR in pineapple tidbits and shredded carrots.
5. Pour into 4 cup bowl.
6. Chill until set.
