Angel Food and Grapefruit Cake

  1. In a medium bowl, mix grapefruit sections and dry pudding mix.
  2. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  3. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.
  4. Place bottom layer, cut side up, on serving plate.
  5. Top with 1/3 of the pudding mixture.
  6. Repeat layers two times.
  7. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  8. Top with grapefruit sections and strawberries just before serving.
  9. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
