Angel Food and Grapefruit Cake

• 5 cups chopped grapefruit sections, undrained
• 1 (250 g) package instant vanilla pudding
• 2 cups thawed whipped topping
• 1 round angel food cake (10-inches in diameter)
• 12 grapefruit, sectioned
• 5 strawberries

1. In a medium bowl, mix grapefruit sections and dry pudding mix.
2. Gently stir in whipped topping.
3. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.
4. Place bottom layer, cut side up, on serving plate.
5. Top with 1/3 of the pudding mixture.
6. Repeat layers two times.
7. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
8. Top with grapefruit sections and strawberries just before serving.
9. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
