Cake Pops with a Twist

  1. Place crackers into ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin.
  2. Don't make it too fine a powder.
  3. Put crushed cookies into a big bowl.
  4. Add chocolate flakes and stir.
  5. Set aside.
  6. In another bowl, place the cream cheese, condensed milk and cream with an electric mixer.
  7. Add combined liquids to the crushed cookie mixture.
  8. Mix everything well together.
  9. Its easier but messier to do this by hand.
  10. If too crumbly and dry, add a small splash of milk.
  11. Line a tray with wax paper.
  12. Roll the mixture into balls and place onto the tray.
  13. Put in freezer for 30 mins.
  14. Melt the chocolate bar in the microwave or in a bowl above boiling water.
  15. Stir to smooth.
  16. Dip the balls into chocolate and place back in the freezer for 20 mins to set up.
  17. Enjoy!
  18. Deliiicious.
