After School Bars Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. Graham Crackers, crushed
- 3/4 c. Butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. Flaked coconut Keebler crackers to layer bottom of pan
- 1/2 c. Butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Warm Water
- 2 c. Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Bring to a boil and simmer 4 to 8 min till it thickens (about ingredients).
- Set aside to cold about 5 min.
- Layer bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with Keebler Club crackers.
- Spread the above mix over the Keebler Club crackers.
- Place another layer of crackers over the mix.
- FROSTING: Mix ingredients together.
- Store in cold place.
