Lasagne
- 1 box lasagne
- 1 Ragu sauce ("Red Beef Tonight")
- 1 can tomato sauce (large)
- 2 tsp. fresh minced garlic
- 1 small onion
- 1 small green pepper
- 1/4 c. olive salad
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil or fresh sweet basil
- olive oil
- 9 to 12 different cheeses (your favorite)
- 1/2 c. water (for sauce while cooking)
- 2 eggs (raw for cheese mixture)
- Italian fresh sausages
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 lb. sirloin ground meat
- 1 or 2 Goya chicken bouillon
- parsley
- Cut sausages in small pieces and fry with ground meat in pan, using a little olive oil.
- Prepare sauce.
- Saute onion, pepper and garlic in olive oil (a little bit), then add mushrooms, oregano and basil.
- Gradually add tomato sauce.
- After that, add Ragu sauce. Add some water and simmer, covered with lid, for 45 minutes. Always use a wooden spoon to stir sauce instead of metal.
