Bacon 'N Egg Pizza Recipe
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 ounce) or possibly make your own dough
- 3 x Large eggs beaten
- 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 dsh salt
- 5 slc crisp bacon crumbled
- 1 tsp minced chives or possibly onion
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Flatten biscuits on pizza pan.
- Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and salt.
- Pour onto biscuit shell.
- Sprinkle with bacon, chives and cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 20 min.
- Top with crisp bacon slices if you like.
- Note: 2 refrigerated cans of Crescent rolls can be substituted for the one can of refrigerated biscuits if you like.
- Just press out Crescent rolls to cover the pizza pan.
