Snowman in a Mug Mix

• 2 cups skim milk powder
• 1 cup white hot chocolate powder
• 12 cup powdered coffee creamer
• 14 cup candy cane, pieces (or hard mint candies)
• 1 cup miniature marshmallow
• 4 candy canes, 4 inches each, for garnish (or candy sticks)

1. Process first 4 ingredients in blender or food processor until fine powder.
2. Transfer to large bowl.
3. Add marshmallows.
4. Stir well.
5. Spoon into jar with tight fitting lid.
6. Tie candy canes with raffia or ribbon to jar.
7. Makes 4 cups.
8. DIRECTIONS FOR SNOWMAN IN A MUG:.
9. Spoon 3 to 4 tablespoons Snowman In A Mug Mix into each of 4 large mugs.
10. Add 3/4 cup boiling water.
11. Stir.
12. Garnish each with 1 candy cane for stirring.
