Brine a turkey

• 2 gallon water
• 1 cup kosher salt
• 1 cup suger
• 1 bunch roseMary
• 1 bunch thyme
• 2 each bay leaves
• 3 clove garlic

1. put all together and chill over night pat dry and cook

gallon water, kosher salt, suger, rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, clove garlic
