Red Chile Tortilla

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients together.
  2. Mix well; knead it by hand, if necessary.
  3. Take off piece of mixture (1-ounce).
  4. Roll around with hand.
  5. With a dough roller or a tortilla press, smooth mixture to 1/8-inch thick.
  6. On a grill or skillet at 300 degrees F, cook for 30 seconds on each side.
  7. Repeat with remaining dough.
  8. Then put in a tortilla warmer.
