Chinese Cabbage with Egg

  1. Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into 1 cm strips.
  2. When the broth from the previously simmered meat and tofu comes to a boil, add Step 1, cover with a lid, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Check the taste halfway through and add soy sauce if necessary.
  4. Lastly, add the beaten egg and it's done.
  5. It's delicious over cooked rice.
