Tomato Rice Balls Recipe

• 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 c. minute rice
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
• 1 beaten egg

1. Mix all together and make into 1 inch balls.
