Butter and garlic salmon

• 3 large salmon steak
• 1/3 packages butter (100 gm)
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 2 tsp fresh ground pepper
• 2 roamery
• 10 basil leaves
• 4 clove garlic
• 1 pinch salt

1. Pre heat oven to 180c.
2. Mix all ingridients together, but the salmon.
3. After mixing, rub the salmon with the mixture.
4. Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
5. Enjoy the fish, goes great with beer or wine.
