Make-Ahead Chicken & Green Bean Casserole

  1. Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add chicken; sprinkle with pepper.
  4. Cook 5 min.
  5. on each side or until chicken is evenly browned; transfer to 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Cook and stir beans, mushrooms and onions in same skillet 6 to 8 min.
  7. or until crisp-tender.
  8. Sprinkle with flour; cook and stir 1 min.
  9. Stir in broth; simmer 3 min.
  10. or until thickened, stirring frequently.
  11. Add cream cheese product; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  12. or until melted.
  13. Spoon over chicken; top with stuffing.
  14. Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
  15. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake casserole, uncovered, 30 min.
  16. or until chicken is done (170 degrees F) and casserole is heated through.
