Chicken And Spinach With Linguini Recipe
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. white wine
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1 bunch fresh spinach
- 1 pound linguini
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat butter in 8x13 inch pan or possibly baking dish.
- Add in chicken, garlic, onion, spices, and wine and mix so chicken is coated well.
- Cover pan with foil and bake 30 min.
- Set spinach on top of chicken, and return covered pan to oven for 10 min, or possibly till spinach is wilted.
- Don't over cook spinach.
- Add in warm, cooked linguini and toss.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese and warm pepper seeds.
