Finnish Rye

• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1 package yeast, active dry
• 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons sugar or honey
• 1 1/2 cups rye flour

1. Place all ingredients into the breadmaker as the manufacturerstates.
2. Use the white bread cycle.
