Burritos
- 1 pkg. 10 count tortillas
- 2 c. cooked ground meat (chicken, turkey, pork or beef)
- 1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. prepared salsa
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 c. diced tomato
- 1/2 c. diced black olives
- pan oil spray
- Remove tortillas from package.
- Spray pan with oil.
- Place meat, taco seasoning and water in pan and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in salsa and black olives. Heat beans in another pan.
- Warm tortillas as directed on package or can serve at room temperature.
- Distribute equally all ingredients on tortillas (beans first, then meat mixture, then cheese, lettuce and tomato).
- Fold or roll up and serve.
