Peppered Flank Steak

  1. Combine spices in small bowl.
  2. Rub oil all over steak.
  3. Pat on spices.
  4. Cook in non stick pan 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Cut on diagonal.
  6. Serve with nince big salad and steak fries.
