Baked Deer Meat Recipe
- Cube deer meat, about 2-3 steaks worth
- 1 x Beef bouillon cube, dissolved in:
- 3/4 c. Water
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Soya sauce
- 1 pch Salt and pepper Minced onion, (if you like)
- Combine all the above in a casserole dish and bake at 325F for about 2 hrs, stirring occasionally.
- Or possibly combine in a crockpot and let cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
- Use the broth to make gravy if desired.
- The meat is tender and not at all gamey this way.
