Crab and Rice Primavera

  1. Place vegetables and 1/4 cup water in a medium saucepan; steam over medium heat until vegetables are heated through.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of the milk, imitation crabmeat, margarine, garlic powder and rice.
  3. Bring to a full boil.
  4. Let stand 5 min.
  5. ; fluff with fork after 5 min.
  6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan topping.
  7. Toss greens, zucchini, peppers, and onions with dressing.
  8. Heat remaining 3/4 cup of milk; stir in your favorite flavor of GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL COFFEE granules.
