Taco Lasagna

  1. Cook lasagna noodles and set aside to cool.
  2. In a skillet, fry ground beef (crumbly consistency) until done; add taco seasoning and drain well.
  3. In a 9 x 13-inch glass dish, start layering (noodles, ground beef, cheese, etc.).
  4. If you are using refried beans, cook in a saucepan to warm up for easier spreading consistency.
  5. You can serve beans as a side dish or implement them into your pan, but add beans next to noodles for easier spreading. After layering, cover with plastic wrap and put in microwave (rotate at 5 minute intervals) until warm throughout and cheese is melted.
  6. At this time, you can put droplets of sour cream on top and garnish with chopped green onions.
