Cottage Cheese with Peaches
- 2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup canned peach slices, in juice
- 4 100% whole wheat
- 4 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 4 tsp. jam, jelly or preserves
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Mix 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1/4 cup peaches for each serving.
- Enjoy 1 English muffin spread with 1 tsp.
- each margarine and jelly with each serving.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with breakfast.
