Basic Sugar Rusks Made With Bread Rolls
- 2 Bread rolls
- 1 Margarine
- 1 Granulated sugar
- Cut the bread rolls into 7~8 mm slices.
- Place the granulated sugar on a plate.
- Preheat the oven to 150C.
- Line a large plate with parchment paper and place the bread slices on it in a single layer.
- Microwave for 1 minute at 500W.
- Let the slices cool, then spread on the margarine.
- Dip the side with margarine in the granulated sugar and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven at 150C for 10~12 minutes.
