Basic Sugar Rusks Made With Bread Rolls

  1. Cut the bread rolls into 7~8 mm slices.
  2. Place the granulated sugar on a plate.
  3. Preheat the oven to 150C.
  4. Line a large plate with parchment paper and place the bread slices on it in a single layer.
  5. Microwave for 1 minute at 500W.
  6. Let the slices cool, then spread on the margarine.
  7. Dip the side with margarine in the granulated sugar and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the oven at 150C for 10~12 minutes.
