Mock Pate - BEST Braunschweger or Liverwurst Spread

• 1 8 oz (224 grm). package Philadelphia Cream cheese
• 1 8 oz (224 grm). package liver sausage (or braunschweger)
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) chopped onion
• 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
• 1 tsp (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
• Dash of salt and pepper
• party rye or pumpernickel bread
• assorted crackers

1. Combine softened cream cheese and liver sausage, mixing until well blended.
2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
3. Chill.
4. Serve with party rye or pumpernickel bread or assorted crackers.
