Barbecued Chicken & Biscuits Recipe
- 6 chicken thighs
- Barbecue sauce to cover
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits (10 to a can)
- Skin and remove fat from thighs.
- Bake covered with foil at 350 degrees till done.
- Drain.
- Pour barbecue sauce over chicken.
- Bake an additional 15 min, turning every 5 min to coat chicken.
- Place biscuits on top of barbecue sauce and bake till brown.
