Nutritious Monster Cookies (Breakfast Food)

  1. Stir together flour, oats, wheat germ, sesame seeds, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, sugar, molasses and eggs. Stir into flour mixture just until evenly moistened. Fold in nuts and raisins. Using 1/2-cup measure, drop 5 onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Spread each to 4-inch diameter, 1/2-inch thick. Bake 20 minutes at 375u0b0. Makes 10 cookies.
