Blueberry Orange Scones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, stir together bisquick, milk, egg, and zest until soft dough forms.
  3. Carefully fold in blueberries.
  4. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
  5. Lightly knead 10 times or until nearly smooth.
  6. Pat dough into a 6 inch circle.
  7. Cut into six wedges and arrange on ungreased baking sheet.
  8. Brush with additional milk and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
  9. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden.
