Low Fat Blue Cheese Dressing
- 3 12 ounces blue cheese
- 12 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese
- 12 fluid ounces buttermilk
- 2 fluid ounces cider vinegar
- 12 fluid ounce Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon roasted garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 12 teaspoons cracked black pepper
- salt, to taste
- Combine cheeses, buttermilk, vinegar, Worcestershire, and garlic.
- Puree until smooth.
- Stir in chives and pepper.
- Season to taste.
- Refrigerate.
