Chipotle-Cornbread Muffins

• 1 egg
• 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Zesty Blends Chipotle Sour Cream
• 2 pkg. (8.5 oz. each) corn muffin mix
• 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
• 1/2 cup finely chopped red peppers

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Mix first 3 ingredients just until blended.
3. Stir in cheese and peppers.
4. Pour into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
5. Bake 18 to 20 min.
6. or until lightly browned.
